I have funny food complexes. Believe it or not, I’ve always had a tray of vegan fudge in my fridge since last April. Why? What if someone came over and wanted some fudge to eat? These things happen, you know… in my mind at least.
It might be a bigger deal if this recipe weren’t so simple to make. I threw together a new tray Thursday afternoon with some leftover chocolates I had lying around. You just can’t beat dessert you can make while watching Ellen.
Now this house is a home.
that chocolate looks so dark and rich and moist and delicious. i love making homemade fudge. one of my favorite things to make. everrr!
That does look and sound awesome! I think keeping a batch in my fridge at all times though would prove way to dangerous :o)
i keep juice boxes in my house for in case kids come over.
because really, if i kept fudge around, my husband would eat it all. juice boxes are easier to hide from him 🙂
yum. I need to make this. I may have people coming over. you know, to go visit the Roloffs.
If I popped in to say hello, I’d hope there was some of your fudge lying around. Lol. I agree, though, chocolate makes a house a home! Mmm…
Ahh, tempting us with fudge in the morning…so cruel!
thank you for relinking this!!!
i may have to bring something to a HWeen party later this week and no offense to the ppl that will be there, but any more than a 5 minute recipe, well, they just arent worth it. LOVE THIS recipe b/c it’s so fast…and will impress them no doubt 🙂
Okay were you thinking of me when you made the fudge? I haven’t made fudge in forever thank you for the idea. They look so creamy and rich. What type of chocolate did you use, they are so dark?
Usually I bake with Trader Joe’s semi-sweet chocolate chips since those are so well priced and taste fine to me. This time, however, I also used the odd ends and pieces of some 70% and 85% chocolate bars I had lying around. It was a great way to use up excess.
…drooling…
Need help with the vegan fudge? Call me, Evan.
