Refrigerator Pickles
Ingredients:

1 large cucumber cut into spears

1 cup white vinegar

3 tablespoons cane sugar

1 tablespoon brown sugar

1/2 teaspoon salt

fresh herbs(optional)
Cut up your cucumber into spears, or whatever your preferred pickles are. In a seperate bowl, mix the vinegar, sugars, salt, and any herbs you’re using. Pour the mixture over the cucumber and add any water that might be necessary to fully cover them if it’s not enough.
Leave your cucumbers out somewhere dry covered for 12 hours, and after that move them to the refrigerator for another 12 hours before eating.
