French Toast Hazelnut Butter
Ingredients:
- 12oz hazelnuts
- 1/4 cup maple sugar/butter
- 1 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon vanilla powder
Toast the hazelnuts in the oven set at 250 degrees for about 15 minutes or until they begin to smell like themselves. Add all the ingredients into a food processor and blend into a butter. If the meal never turns into butter, first try scraping it from the sides and reprocessing; next, try adding 1 tablespoon of a neutral oil.
